Our Philosophy...
Weddings done right are hard work . . . a lot of hard work! That's why it's so hard to find a good wedding photographer. Most professional photographers feel they can make more money (with far less work) in their studio, so they no longer do weddings. If they still do weddings, they want to control every tiny detail of your wedding, so they can “get in and get out” as fast as possible. Or, they'll book several weddings and try to find someone to cover them.
Your wedding day is important . . .
. . . far too important for us to “play games” with. If you commission Bohne, you get Bohne . . . not a trainee or some stranger you've never met! We NEVER overbook dates, then scramble to find some snapshooter to cover your once-in-a-lifetime day!
We don't commandeer your event. We don't force you to have all of your photographs taken before the wedding. And we don't keep you to from celebrating with your guests & friends at your own wedding. It's your wedding day . . . shouldn't you get to enjoy it? It's a wonderful day with it's own unique traditions and memories you'll want to remember in fine photographs from BOHNE.
Prompt delivery is important, too . . .
Our unique system eliminates proofs. You will have a finished album within six (6) weeks for our Storybook Coverage and tweleve (12) weeks after your wedding day...in most cases even faster than that!* You do not have to worry about having to eliminate photographs from your album, because you get all of the photographs we take! So while your friends who got married two weeks after you are still waiting to view their proofs (or deciding which ones they have to eliminate, because they can't afford any extras), you will be showing off your finished wedding album!
*Barring unforeseen delays beyond our control, such as UPS strikes, supplier or lab delays, etc.
Your Investment:
A nominal retainer reserves your wedding date. Our initial consultation is always free of cost or obligation. If your budget is an issue, there's no need to take a risk on a part-time snapshooter for your wedding day memories! We offer an economy,“no frills” coverage of your wedding as low as $499. Events outside Jackson County slightly higher.
